Our cellar is designed for clients who have high demands -
- Individual cellar assigned for each client to protect privacy.
- 24-hour year-round access without time constraints.
- Doubled-locked system equipped with professional anti-burglar facilities. Security system, including 24-hour CCTV monitoring surveillance, linked to large-scale security control centre.
- Temperature in cellar constantly maintained between 13°C and 16°C (average 15°C).
Temperature Control
The interior of our cellar, including walls, ceilings and flooring, is insulated with extra-layered materials. This extra layer protects the cellar against cold loss, heat and humidity influx. In addition to professional cold storage facilities and doors, continuous operation ensures that the temperature inside the cellar is guaranteed to be between 13°C and 16°C (average 15°C).
Security Control
Every private cellar client needs a smart-card to access our cellar lobby. In order to gain entry to the even-temperature storage area, the client needs his assigned individual code to enter. Each private cellar is equipped with a hanging lock, to be provided by the client.
Our cellar is installed with remote infrared CCTV, with 24-hour monitoring and surveillance. The system is also linked to a large-scale security control centre. In case of burglary or any other accidents, the security control centre will notify our company immediately and call the police. With these four layers of protection, our clients are well assured of the safety of their collections.
Lighting Control
Our cellar is arranged with soft LED lighting to guard against UV light oxidation of wine.
Insurance
For any client who wants to procure a higher amount of insurance for their wine collection, our company can refer to Zurich Insurance for coverage. Please contact us for more details.

Beside private cellar, our company offers storage services by case unit (750ml x12).
- Our company affixes a barcode label containing clients' details for any check-in case to avoid misplacement.
- Clients could view their list of collections on our website.
- Clients are assigned their own password to visit their accounts on our website.
